Covid Information
Masks and Social Distancing
At the present time we are not requiring masks or social distancing at the encampment. Members are free to wear a mask if they so choose. (Prefer a dark solid color.)
Pre-Encampment Testing
Due to the low instance of Covid at the present time, we will NOT be requiring a home antigen test. However, we are asking each participant to review the Health Screening form below prior to coming to encampment. If any questions is answered YES, serious consideration should be given as to whether attendance at this activity is prudent. If the decision is made to come, the individual must report any symptons to the medical staff at in-processing.
Active Infection at Encampment
Any member exhibiting Covid-like symptoms will be tested and if positive will be quarantined immediately. Parents/Guardians will be notified and will be responsible for arranging the member to leave the encampment within 24 hours.
Other Contagious Concerns
Covid is not the only infectious illness on the horizon. We will be monitoring the situation this Spring and will keep you updated on the latest mitigation efforts on this webpage. Please check back as we get closer to the encampment.
